Plan, direct, & coordinate operations of retail store & fuel station operations. Order & maintain inventory levels of products using Point of Sales (POS) system. Monitor pump prices to ensure consistency with market prices. Monitor cash flow to ensure financial stability, timely payments, & make investments. Maintain a clean & safe working environment for store facilities by following safety procedures. Perform personnel functions, such as selection, training/evaluation & manage employee recruitment, training, & team collaboration efforts. Develop & implement policies & procedures to ensure consistent & high- quality customer service standards. Oversee visual presentation of products & allocate resources to ensure they are displayed attractively & according to brand standards. Require Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Operations Management or its equivalent & 3 years of work experience in retail store operations, inventory/stock management, customer relations/service, product placement & presentation, resource allocation, cash & banking management, facility maintenance, & team collaboration. Work Experience to include work with Point of Sales (POS) systems.
